Mark Davella

Mark Davella is a real estate analyst with offices located at 177 W. Main St., Smithtown, NY 11787.

He has been continuously employed in the real estate industry since 2002. Experience includes; Servicing, consulting, brokerage, construction supervision, appraising, and evaluation of  real estate throughout the Tri-State Area, and Eastern U.S. Seaboard.

Mr. Davella has a portfolio of property that he owns outright and with partners throughout the United States.

Mr. Davella holds and associates degree in Computer Science. In the 1990’s – early 2000’s he additionally obtained engineers licenses’ in both Novell and Microsoft. His specaility was connectivity from  local Area Networks to IBM System 400 and 3270 Mainframe’s. He sold the company shortly after 9/11/2001.

In 2002 Mr. Davella earned his Real Estate Sales Person License and by 2004 he had earned his Brokers license.  He conducted over $40,000,000 in commercial transactions during that time.

Mr. Davella was smart enough to see the Real Estate bubble’s future fall and in 2006 he attended American Real Estate School to earn his Appraisal License. He was certified and Licensed in 2007, and continued his education through 2008 for his commercial certification.

With the downturn of real estate in 2007 Mr. Davella was selected by the Nassau County Courts system under a special provision as an expert on real estate value to decide SCAR (Small Claim Assessment Review) Cases for Nassau Supreme Court. In 2010 Mr. Davella after serving the County as an Administrative Judge left the County and opened Real Estate Assessment Group with Mr. George Clarke, Esq.

In 2013 Mr. Davella and Mr. Clarke expanded the company into municipal work. The expansion provides aggressive roll maintenance, and vigorous defenses for small claims and commercial certiorari cases. The municipalities that they are contracted with have nothing but positive results, with little or no tax increases , as is their proven records and referrals attest.
